This conference invites full papers with the topic of interest are (but not limited to) as follows:

• Category A: Student (Undergraduate / Postgraduate)
• Category B: Professional (Academic / Non-Academic)

Instruction for Authors

---

The extended abstract should be around 300 - 400 words (introduction, problem statement, purpose of research, methodology, key findings, state of the art) typed at single space, using Times New Roman font size 10. The margins at four sides should be set at 1 inch.

The extended abstract should be written in English for the submission. Please make sure the abstract is well-written and properly edited.

Structure of the Extended Abstract:

• Scope
• Category
• Title of the paper in Bold Letters
• Full name of the author and co-author (supervisor) without titles or degrees, higher education institution, faculty and department/studies program, and e-mail address shall be provided under the paper title.
• 300-400 words detailed summary of the article, written in English, that include introduction, problem statement, purpose of the research, relevance/significance of study, research methodology, key findings and state of the art
• 150-200 novelty of research / product
• Reference List

Submission and reviewing will be managed online by the imitsic system. To submit your work, please use the submission page here. The only accepted format for submitted papers is in Adobe's PDF. Submissions must be uploaded by the submission deadlines; submissions after that time will not be reviewed. To minimise network congestion, we request authors to upload their submissions as early as possible.

Once the abstract is accepted, the author is required to prepare a video presentation of the product for a maximum of 5 minutes duration. Please upload the video on youtube and insert the youtube link to the system. Please use the submission page here.
